THE COUNTRY SUITES High on the green panoramic hilltop just before the Relais itself 16 new rustic suites have been created for a dream holiday in total privacy and relaxation. Each is elegantly designed with the surroundings in mind, and has a private entrance, air conditioning, elegant bedroom, bathroom with hydro massage bathtub, living room, terrace or veranda, satellite TV, safety boxes, direct-dial telephone and mini bar. These suites give onto the large swimming pool and green sun yard. There is private indoor parking. The suites are connected to the hamlet of Canalicchio by a specially designed wooden bridge, to guarantee the highest standards of service. THE ROOMS Going upstairs, you come to the rooms, with their wrought-iron balconies decked with bright red geraniums. The classic English Country has been done with a special eye to detail: each room has been given its own unique identity through splashes of colour and special touches such as the coordinated drapes, the table lamps, the upholstery, and even the names given to the rooms, such as ? Countess of Oxford?, ?Isabelle Rubens?, ?Duke of Buckingham?, ?Duchess of Norfolk?. Here colour, charm and that warm welcoming, feeling are no less striking than the bright rays of the sunshine streaming through the window, almost seeming to intrude on this precious intimacy. The rooms have been prepared with the utmost care so that we can offer you an exclusive place to stay not only through our service, but also with the personal touch given to your surroundings. The Relais has 49 rooms, of which 3 are Suites and 14 are Deluxe Suites. We also have some communicating rooms and 2 rooms for handicapped guests.
