When making a reservation via website or travel agent please provide us with your cell phone number and email address so we may contact you for arrival instructions due to our unique location. We are located ON the world famous Venice Beach at the heart of Venice Beach and just a short walking distance from both the Venice Pier and Santa Monica Pier. With numerous excellent restaurants, shopping, and community resources within walking distance. And of course the Venice Canals. The world famous Muscle Beach is just outside our front door. Some of the worlds best artist and performers are also just steps away. Cancellation policy is 100 percent refund if cancelled more than 3 days prior to arrival, 50 percent refund if cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival and after arrival, Credit card charged at time of booking based on the following information, 2 night deposit or full payment, whichever is less. . Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm. All late arrivals must contact hotel for the lockbox code and simple instructions during those hours.
