Its tiny size notwithstanding, Brussels is also as cosmopolitan as any European capital, with top-notch museums, a delightful architectural mix of Gothic and Art Nouveau, a thriving restaurant and nightlife scene, and tempting chocolate shops on seemingly every corner. |
