Cuba - Madonna

Since the blockbuster removal of the US trade embargo, Cuba has become a hot destination for travelers looking to explore the oft-glamorized country. Given it’s proximity to Miami, it's super easy to get to making it's star continue to rise. In fact, it's where superstar Madonna celebrated her 58th birthday with daughter Lourdes Leon.

When To Go: December to March is the best time to visit Cuba. The weather is mild with minimal rainfall and low crowds.

Turks & Caicos - Kylie Jenner

The youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan hit this island paradise to celebrate her 19th birthday. A longtime favorite among the rich and famous, Turks & Caicos stands out from it's tropical neighbors Cuba and the Dominican Republic by offering some of the region’s cleanest and most uncrowded beaches. Because really, white sand and stunning aquamarine water are the perfect compliment to any photoshoot.

When To Go: April - May is the perfect time to visit Turks & Caicos. Expect excellent weather and light crowds.

French Countryside - Katy Perry

France has long been a celebrity magnet from chic Paris to the ultra luxe Riviera. Perry, one of the biggest singers in the world, descended on the French countryside for some “cheeky” cycling. While the country may be known for it's wine and coast, inland is equally as whimsical and breathtaking.

When To Go: March-May and September-October are shoulder seasons, which means crowds are lighter, weather is mild, and prices are lower.


Bali - Lupita Nyong'o

Although not what it was before Eat, Pray, Love, Bali still captures the soul and hospitality of Indonesian culture and hospitality. From rice terraces and monkey sanctuaries, to beaches and haute resorts, Bali is a celebrity crush for good reason. The late great David Bowie praised the region, but the most recent celebrity guest was Lupita, who stayed at the Mulia Bali, known for their excellent spa.

When To Go: May-July promises excellent weather and lower rates on hotels and tours as it's off-season.

Greek Islands - Ruby Rose

Despite it's economic crisis, the whitewashed houses and spectacular sunsets of the Greek Islands remain a vacation magnet for many. Although you’ll find plenty to do on the mainland, most head to the islands of Mykonos, Santorini, Corfu, or Crete, which is exactly where Ruby Rose spent time relaxing.

When To Go: April - June is the best time to visit. Summer is crowded and hot and many businesses close after the busy season ends.


Tuscany - Chrissy Teigen and John Legend

Italy is one of Europe’s most diverse countries with everywhere from fashion-forward Milan to the sexy Amalfi Coast drawing visitors in droves. Located in the central region, Tuscany attracted Chrissy and John with access to beautiful beaches, rolling hills, vineyards, and expansive culture in Florence. If you have the opportunity, attend the Luminara and Regatta in Pisa for incredible events filled with beautiful people.

When To Go: Like most of Europe, April-June promises perfect weather and lighter crowds.

White Sands National Monument - Solange

Domestic travel is still travel, and the U.S. has plenty of unique destinations on offer. Solange and her crew hit White Sands in New Mexico for an impromptu "squad goals" photo shoot. The world’s largest gypsum field offers visitors a surreal look at one of America's best examples of biodiversity.

When To Go: White Sands is a good spot year-round, but March - June promise wildflowers and less harsh temperatures.


Hawaii - Jay-Z and Beyonce

Time has done nothing to diminish the popularity of Hawaii as a couple’s retreat. In fact, it would be difficult to find anywhere in the United States offering such a bounty of natural beauty and adventure activities. Music's royal couple, Beyonce and Jay Z paid a recent visit, even going as far as dressing up their darling daughter in full mermaid gear.

When To Go: The best time from a cost stand point is September through November. If you're looking to whale watch, the migration occurs January to March.


Yosemite National Park - The Obamas

For Father's Day, the Commander-in-Chief took his family on an adventure through one of the country's best national parks, cementing his legacy as a friend to nature. President Obama has protected more land and water than any other president in history so you can rest assured knowing you'll be able to visit for years to come.

When to Go: Yosemite is such a large and diverse area that you can visit year-round depending on your interests. If you want to ski, plan a trip December through late March.

St. Barts - Kevin Hart

Social media rockstar and movie frontman Kevin Hart picked an excellent spot to celebrate his recent nuptials. This French-speaking Caribbean nation hosted Hart and new wife Eniko Parrish, for a honeymoon complete with creole cuisine, yacht trips, and stunning villas. St. Barts is no stranger to celebrities, but also has quite a bit to offer for those who don’t have such discerning taste or deep pockets.

When To Go: April to June offers the best value. January 12-24 is the St. Barts Music Festival, which is also a must-see.

Japan - Zac Efron

Although not as glamorous or exclusive as other places in Asia, Japan offers brilliant cultural opportunities and some of the world’s best cuisine. Heartthrob Zac Efron made the trek with his brother Dylan in between filming their new show for MTV.

When To Go: Spring in Japan is simply stunning. March to May offers the chance to see the legendary cherry blossoms.

New Zealand - Joe Jonas

Thanks to Instagram, New Zealand is one of the hottest travel destinations on the planet. Known as the film site of Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, Joe Jonas spent his birthday geeking out at Hobbiton. Beyond movie fandom, the country has plenty of natural attractions and adventure activities from bungee jumping to blackwater rafting.
