The Taiwan Culinary Exhibition was established in 1990 and takes place each year, giving travelers the opportunity to enjoy sumptuous Chinese fare from all over Asia. Various regional styles of Chinese and Taiwanese foods are presented and chefs from the island are giving the chance to showcase new trends in Chinese cuisine.
