Crossroads Plaza, with four floors of restaurants and boutiques.
The Cooperative Mercantile Institution in Salt Lake City was the first
department store in the West, developed out of Brigham Young’s efforts to organize city merchants.
Speciality shops are abundant in many Utah towns.
Ski shops also can be found in major skiing areas.
