The Roman amphitheatre at Dougaa is the venue for this festival of classical music, dance and theatre. You cannot help but soak up the culture and absorb the history from the surrounding pillars and walls. The acoustics of the open theatre are still as good as they were some 2,000 years ago making this a truly incredible event.

Road: A bus or louage (shared taxi) from Tunis to Teboursouk (these normally carry on through to Le Kef) from here the locals can help you to get to the site, but be prepared to bargain
