6/01/2009 - 6/30/2009San Bernabe Fair
Marbella,
Spain
The tourist town of Marbella holds its annual fair in honour of its patron saint - San Bernabe. Throughout the week of the fiesta, local people and tourists enjoy the charm of a typical Andalusian festival, with crowds turning out to enjoy 'tapas' and drinks, and to witness the singing and dancing in the streets and squares of the Old Town. At night, the party adjourns to the fairground where it continues unabated until the early hours of the morning. The marquees ('casetas'), fairground rides and concerts provide a vibrant venue for a big night out.
