Each January, Cape Town's Victoria & Alfred Waterfront welcomes locals and visitors alike to enjoy the delights of its free, four-day jazz festival. The Cape Town Jazzathon provides a great stage for local bands and musicians to perform in front of large audiences. In addition to a great programme of free music, there are food and drink stalls, exhibitions and fundraising events.
