A popular Christmas attraction, the annual Christmas Market in Bratislava is a great place to browse for unusual gift ideas and soak up the festive atmosphere. Stalls fill the Main Square (Hlavne námestie) outside the Municipal Museum in the Old Town and sell everything from specialty foods to traditional handmade Christmas decorations. There are also plenty of stalls selling hot food and drink; try a glass of warm mulled wine and a hot pancake as you watch the entertainment which includes live music and choral performances.
