Taking place in the last week of June as part of the city's White Night celebrations, the Festival of Festivals is a non-competitive film festival. During the week-long event visitors can enjoy a packed programme of screenings from directors across Russia and the rest of the world. First held in 1993, the festival now screens over 100 films and attracts about 40,000 visitors each year.
