The event is a heady mix of two of Queenstown's favourite things: alcohol and outdoor pursuits. New recipes are created during intriguing competitions such as Bungy Shaking, Heli Shaking and Mountain Top Mixology. The Grand Final Shake Off sees the contest's best shaker crowned the World Cocktail Cup champion to an appreciatory crowd of drunken cocktail connoisseurs.
