'Oude Muziek Utrecht' is a 10-day programme featuring music from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the Baroque period, the Classical and Early-Romantic periods. Also featured are lectures and readings, fringe and carillon concerts, a symposium, video shows and an Old Music Market. Around 55,000 visitors are drawn to this historic town each year to enjoy performances by the likes of the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra and Choir, Cappella Amsterdam, Freiburger Barockorchester, Camerata Trajectina, Capilla Flamenca and many more top ensembles who have performed here in the past
