Each year, Galway turns into a gourmet's dream as the Galway Oyster Festival comes to town. Crowds can tuck into some delicious food, sup on delicious Guinness and take a turn on the dance floor to some great live music. The four-day event includes the Guinness Irish Oyster Opening Championships, the Magnificent Mardi Gras Party and the Oyster Festival Gala Ball.
