Each summer the beautiful Parc Floral de Paris hosts the Paris Jazz Festival in a series of concerts with performers ranging from established jazz legends to new and emerging talents. Musicians play from mid-afternoon each weekend to an enthusiastic crowd made up of jazz aficionados and cool Parisian urbanites. Seats are limited to just 1,500 in the Espace Delta, but anyone that is not there early enough to claim a seat can join the masses with a blanket, picnic and bottle of chilled wine by the lake - a perfect way to enjoy a laidback Parisian summer evening..
