Bodybuilders and fitness fanatics descend on Lahti for the annual Finnish Bodybuilding National Championships where they can watch both men and women compete in 'pose downs'. Events include the Bull's Bench Bash and Military Bench Press which sees weightlifters bench press incredible weights, often far exceeding their own body weights. There is also an Aerobic Action event which gives visitors the chance to workout with the best aerobic instructors in Finland, and the ever-popular Combat Sports Tournament.
