With a strong emphasis on European films, the annual festival screens features by filmmakers from all over the world. The event also includes several sub-festivals for animated films, student films and children/youth films. The event presents Estonian audiences with a comprehensive selection of world cinema with a particular focus on European films and provides a friendly atmosphere for interaction between the audience, filmmakers and directors from all over the world. An international jury awards prizes for the best director, best actress and best actor
