The Olympic games is undoubtedly the most renowned sporting event in the world. The 2008 Summer games are being held in China's capital of Beijing. Most of the events will be taking place in the Beijing National Stadium, or 'The Nest'. However, visitors will also be able to attend destinations such as Shanghai and Hong Kong to witness some Olympic action such as the football and equestrian events. Over 10,000 athletes will be taking part in 302 events across a variety of 28 sports.
