Played on the lush course at the Macau Golf and Country Club on the island of Coloane, this is a popular event that attracts some of the best players in the region. The tournament is a four-day, stroke play competition which sees the field cut to the 65 top ranked players on the second day. A large cash prize purse guarantees spectators some exciting contests as players pit their wits against one another and the course in a bid to be crowned champion of the Macau Open.
