Malta International Airshow

Two days of aircraft exhibitions, displays and fly-past attractions draw big crowds to Malta’s International airport in September. A wide range of aircraft from different eras are on display including contingents that recall Malta’s vital role in World War II. The Red Arrows display team are regular visitors from the UK, and are supported by a number of RAF planes such as Harrier, Jaguar and Hawk. There is also a ‘Merlins over Malta’ feature event with the much loved Spitfire. Both military and civil aircraft appear in the show and there are representatives from many different countries.
