Set in an elegant 1845 Victorian mansion built by a Canadian Supreme Court justice, this Italian-French restaurant has been a Québec dining institution since the '50s, and doesn't seem to have changed much. The restaurant specializes in flambéing-flambéed duck à l'orange for two, flambéed peppercorn steak, flambéed crepes Suzette, and flambéed cherries jubilee. Tuxedoed waiters concoct the dishes tableside, maintaining poker faces throughout the pyrotechnics.
