Dinner at this fabulous restaurant will cost an arm and a leg, but will be worth it. Chef Daniel Vézina has created an inventive menu, emphasizing local ingredients. A typical entrée is roasted leg of venison with juniper berry and cranberry sauce. The spare, elegant restaurant features pieces by local woodworkers, ceramists, and glassmakers. An adjoining workshop hosts cooking classes; the boutique sells Québec-made tableware. Word to the wise: heavy street traffic means that dining on the outdoor terrace is best avoided.
