Strand's Old House Restaurant

    Eating     Hotels     Things to See

This casual spot is open year-round and has been a local favorite for the past 20 years. In warmer months, visitors stop by for well-poured cocktails in the gazebo after rounds of golf; during ski season, the roaring fireplace warms the devoted clientele. Snack on fresh oysters or deep-fried brie, and fill up on an international array of entrées such as veal schnitzel, Madagascar pepper steak, and Polynesian prawns. Reservations are recommended, but formal attire isn't required.
