Argentina is of course one of polo's global hot spots, and the action really heats up in November (BA's springtime), with the storied, century-old Campeonato Argentino Abierto de Polo (Argentinean Open). The stately Campo de Polo is set like a jewel in the heart of Palermo's expansive parklands, with a seating capacity of 45,000.
