Website:
www.portal.gesac.itThe airport, called Aeroporto Capodichino locally, is located 7km (4.5 miles) north of Naples city center. The facilities include ATMs, a bank office, currency exchange services, a post office, Internet access and VIP lounge. The airport also has several shops, including fashion and accessories stores, duty-free shops and convenience stores. There are also
several bars, cafes and restaurants at the airport.
Car rental is available at the airport, and Naples is only 10 minutes away by car. Otherwise there are frequent bus departures from the airport to central Naples. The buses run every half hour or so and take around 15-20 minutes to get to the city center.
Getting There By Road:Naples is well connected to Italy’s national motorway network. It stands between the A3, which goes south to Salerno and Calabria, and the A1, which runs north to Rome and Milan. The A16 runs east to Bari. Also the A30 is linked to Naples, and it provides a good alternative in the Campania region to the often congested A3. The Tangenziale di Napoli (Naples’s ring road) is where these motorways connect with the city.
