The Waverley is the last sea-going paddle steamer in the world and provides visitors with the opportunity to sail on scenic cruise journeys throughout the UK. Built on the Clyde in 1945, the Waverley originally sailed the waters between Craigendorran and Arrochar in West Scotland before falling into disrepair. After a lengthy repair project, the Waverley was fully restored in 2003 and is now docked in Glasgow from where it offers passengers the opportunity to sail on the Clyde as well as on longer voyages throughout the UK. The Waverley is also available for private hire.
