Location The airport is situated 8km (5 miles) northwest of Basel and 25km (15.5 miles) south of Mulhouse.

Driving Directions EuroAirport lies just inside Switzerland’s borders with France and Germany. In fact, EuroAirport is on French soil, connected to Switzerland by a customs road, and is shared with Mulhouse, France and the German city of Freiburg. The airport can be reached from the A35 motorway from Mulhouse and Basel. It can also be accessed from the Flughafen Strasse airport road from Basel.
Car Parking Long and short stay car parking is available in numerous car parks on both the French and Swiss sides of the airport. There are no shuttle services between the car parks and the terminal, however all car parks are within around 10 minutes’ walk. It can work out somewhat cheaper to park on the French side, paying in Euros, check exchange rates before deciding which side to use.
Car Hire Autopôle, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National Citer and Sixt all have offices on the second floor of both sectors.
Public Transport Road Bus: BVB bus 50 (tel: +41 (0)61 685 1414; website: www.bvb.ch) runs a service to Basel on the Swiss side. Metrocars (tel: (03) 8969 7365; website: www.distribus.com) connects the airport with St Louis station, where trains connect to Mulhouse). Freiburger Reisedienst (tel: +49 (0761) 500 500; website: www.freiburger-reisedienst.de) operates bus services between the airport and Freiburg in Germany. Taxi: Taxi stands are located in front of the Arrivals hall, both on the French and Swiss side. The main companies on the Swiss side are Taxi Zentrale (tel: +41 (0)612 222 222; website: www.taxi-zentrale.ch) and 33 Taxi (tel: +41 (0)613 333 333; website: www.33ertaxi.ch). Taxi operators on the French side include Taxi Marti (tel: (03) 8969 7300) and Taxis des 3 Frontières (tel: (03) 8970 0028).
Information and Help Desks Airport information (tel: (03) 8990 2511 or 8990 2512 in France and +41 (0)613 252 511 or 252 515 in Switzerland) is situated in the Arrivals hall, on the second floor, between the French and Swiss sides of the airport.
Airport Facilities Money and communications: There is a bank, as well as ATMs and bureaux de change. Paid for Wi-Fi access is available at various points throughout the airport. Eating and drinking: There is a restaurant on the 5th floor, serving both sectors; bars and snack bars are located on levels 2, 3 and 4. Shopping: There are several duty-free shops in the international departures area. Luggage: There is no left-luggage service at the airport. Other facilities: There are a hotel information desk and Swiss Railways ticket counter in the Swiss section of the airport. Children’s play areas are also available.
Conference and Business Facilities Conference rooms (tel: (03) 8990 2511 in France and +41 (0)613 252 511 in Switzerland) can be hired for between 1-18 and 20-50 people. They are equipped with television, video recorder, overhead projector and slide projector. Conference facilities for up to 100 are offered at the nearby Captain Hôtel (tel: (03) 8968 8282; website: www.captainhotel.com).
Facilities for Disabled Travelers Wheelchairs are available, as is transport for mobility impaired passengers to/from aircrafts in courtesy vehicles. Disabled toilets, lifts and specially lowered public telephones are all available, as are designated disabled parking spaces.

There is a shuttle bus between the airport, Hotel Captain and Hotel Jenny.
