Location
The airport is located a short drive north of downtown Lansing.
Driving Directions
Coming from Charlotte, take I-69 to I-96 merge and go east to Grand River Avenue. Take exit 90. Turn right (east). The airport is 6.5km (4 miles) on the left. From Detroit, take the I-96 west to Grand River Avenue. Then do as above. Coming from downtown Lansing, take Grand Avenue to Oakland Avenue, turn left (west). Go to Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and turn right (north) to Grand River Avenue. Turn left (west). The airport is on the right. Arriving from Flint, follow the I-69 west to Airport Road. Take exit 84. Turn left (south) onto Airport Road and proceed to Grand River Avenue. Turn left (east). The airport is 1.6km (1 mile) on the left.
Car Parking
The short-term parking is located directly opposite the terminal building and has a 15 minute grace period. The long-term parking lot is located just behind it. Parking facilities are operated and managed by APCOA/Standard (tel: (517) 321 2665). The airport has an EZ-Go Cart available to transport passengers from the parking lot to the terminal building. To use this service, passengers should drive under the canopy and find a Skycap for assistance.

Avis, Budget, Hertz, National, Enterprise and Thrifty are the car hire companies available at the airport.
Public Transport
Road: Bus: Capital Area Transit Authority (CATA) operates a fixed route bus service to the airport seven days a week with Routes 14 and 12A. CATA’s customer service representatives can be reached by calling (517) 394 1000.
Taxi: Taxis are located just outside the terminal building. Big Daddy Taxi (tel: (517) 367 7474), Capitol Transport (tel: (517) 482 1444) and JB Country Club Taxi (tel: (517) 323 9070) are some of the transport providers.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: National City Bank has an ATM located on the first floor of the terminal building near the main entrance.
Eating and drinking: There is a casual full service restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a pub, located near the boarding gates, with a full-service cocktail lounge and a branded mini food court.
Shopping: There is a gift shop and news-stand concession featuring merchandise geared to the needs of air travelers. Also available are products, crafts, and gifts reflecting the unique character of Mid-Michigan.
Luggage: Lost and found items including luggage can be located by calling (517) 321 8525 or TSA Security (tel: (517) 886 6861).
Other facilities: Skycap services are available at kerbside to assist passengers transport their luggage and belongings to the airline ticket counters for check-in. Skycaps are also available in the baggage claim area at flight arrival times.
Conference and Business Facilities
The airport’s complimentary business center offers free Wi-Fi Internet, Ethernet cable, dial-up service, teleconferencing and a comfortable, quiet environment with couches and restrooms. The center is located through security screening near gate 6.
Facilities for Disabled Travelers
The airport is fully accessible to disabled and elderly travelers. Special ramps for wheelchairs are located at both short-term parking lots flanking the airport terminal as well as long-term parking lots. Convenient parking spaces are reserved for disabled travelers in all parking lots. Ramps are provided at kerbside by the terminal. Lifts are conveniently located in the passenger terminal. All lifts are identified with the standard graphics used to designate facilities for disabled people, and they are equipped with raised markings on the control buttons. Wheelchairs can be obtained upon arrival at the passenger terminal by contacting any Skycap.
