Location The airport is located 14km (9 miles) south of Paris.
Transfer Between Terminals Free shuttle buses run between the two terminals.
Driving Directions From Paris, take the A6 via Porte d’Orléans or Porte de Gentilly. Alternatively, take RN7 via Porte d’Italie.
Car Parking Orly West and Orly South both have two car parks each, which are directly linked to the terminal by lift or travelator. There are also cheaper car parks serving both terminals, linked to the terminals by a free shuttle.
Car Hire Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National/Citer, Sixt and TT Car Transit are all represented.
Public Transport Rail: The ADP Shuttle provides a frequent shuttle link to Gare d’Austerlitz, where RER rapid train service line C runs to St Michel, Invalides and Porte Maillot. Orlyval provides a frequent shuttle link to Anthony Station on RER line B, which has métro connections to Denfert-Rochereau, St Michel and Châtelet-les-Halles, as well as connections to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Road: Bus: The Orlybus runs to Place Denfert-Rochereau RER and métro station. The Jetbus runs to métro Villejuif-Louis Aragon métro station. Air France coaches stop at the Porte d’Orléans, Gare Montparnasse, Duroc and Gare des Invalides; a service also runs between Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports. The Airport Shuttle runs to central Paris. Frequent RATP buses run to various destinations in Paris including the city limits. Taxi: There are plenty of taxis outside the Arrivals area which run to central Paris and suburban destinations.
Information and Help Desks Orly South has airport information desks at Gates H and K; Orly West has an information desk in the public area. Free guides and maps of Paris and the airport are available here. Passengers can also telephone the Information Center (tel: (01) 4975 1515).
Airport Facilities Money and communications: Both terminals have ATMs, bureaux de change and a post office. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the terminals, and a number of Internet access points are available too. Eating and drinking: There are many bars and restaurants throughout the airport. Shopping: There are newspaper stands, gift and duty-free shops. Luggage: There are lost and found offices in Orly South (tel: (01) 4975 3410) and Orly West (tel: (01) 4975 4234). Other facilities: There is a medical center (tel: (01) 4975 4512) at Orly South. There are art galleries and places of worship in both terminals.
Conference and Business Facilities There is a fully-equipped business center, the Center Affaires (tel: (01) 4975 1233; e-mail: centeraffaires-orly@adp.fr) at Orly West, with telephone, photocopying, fax and video facilities, 15 meeting rooms, six offices and a business lounge. Orly South has three larger rooms which can accommodate up to 200 delegates. It also has a work zone where business travelers can plug in their laptops.
Facilities for Disabled Travelers The airport has facilities for disabled passengers, who are asked to inform their airline in advance of their special needs. There are welcome desks for disabled passengers at Orly West Exit W, on the first floor, and at Orly South Exit E, on the ground floor. Disabled spaces are located in all the airport car parks. The shuttle buses at the airport can accommodate wheelchair users. Cash points and public phones are lowered to make them accessible to wheelchair users.
