Driving Directions
The airport is located 8km (5 miles) southeast of the capital. To reach the city center, take Bole Road and head north towards Africa Avenue.

Public Transport
Road: There are no bus services from the airport to the city center, so visitors need to arrange a private transfer or catch one of the cream-colored National Tour Operator taxis. Ethiopian Airlines (tel: (011) 465 2222; website: www.flyethiopian.com) operate a shuttle service to the airport from the center of Addis Ababa for departing passengers.
