The airport is located 15km (9 miles) southwest of Havana.

Transfer Between Terminals
There is a bus service between the terminals.

Driving Directions
From Havana, take Avenida Rancho Boyeros until Avenida Van Troy.

Car Parking
The airport has short-term car parks. Terminal 3 has 750 parking spaces and Terminal 2 has 500 parking spaces. Both car parks are situated less than 150 meters from the terminals.

Car Hire
Companies represented at the aiport include Cubanacar, Fenix, Rent a Car, Rex (limousines and luxury cars), Transtour and Via Rent a Car. All car hire agencies are located in the Arrivals Area.

Public Transport
Road: Taxi: A taxi to the city center will take around 20 or 30 minutes. Representatives of Taxi Ok (tel: 877 6666) and Panataxi (tel: 55 5555) can be found at the exit of Terminal 3 and can take travelers anywhere on the island. Some companies also operate a 24 hour pick-up service from Havana.

Information and Help Desks
There are several information desks in Arrivals and Departures areas of Terminals 2 and 3. There are also several tourist information points.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: There are bureaux de change and a bank open 24 hours. There is also a post office and Internet. Eating and drinking: There are plenty of bars and restaurants available 24 hours. Shopping: There is a wide choice of shops at the airport. These include bookshops, tobacconists, newsagents, duty-free and off-licenses in all terminals. Luggage: There are no lockers available. There is a lost and found office. Other facilities: There is a pharmacy.

Conference and Business Facilities
There are no conference facilities at the airport, although there are two VIP lounges in Arrivals and Departures of Terminal 3 (tel: (07) 642 6225 or (07) 649 0071). These are equipped with phone, fax, photocopying, press and private rooms; snacks and refreshments are available.

Facilities for Disabled Travelers
The airport is accessible throughout. Facilities for disabled people include accessible toilets, ramps, lifts and adapted phone boxes. Passengers with disabilities are requested to inform their airline in advance of their needs.

Hotels
There are no hotels on site. There is a wide selection of hotels in the areas of el Vedado and Havana Vieja, in the city center. The Melia Cohiba Hotel (tel: (07) 833 3636) and The Hotel Nacional de Cuba (tel: (07) 873 3564; website: www.hotelnacionaldecuba.com/en/home.asp) are in el Vedado. The Santa Isabe Hotel (tel: (07) 860 8201), Hotel los Frailes (tel: (07) 862 9383) and El Comendador (tel: (07) 867 1037) are in Havana Vieja.
