Location
As its name indicates, Brussels Midi (also known as Zuidstation) is located in the south of the city

Driving Directions
From Place de la Constitution: Follow Boulevard Jamar to Place Bara and turn into Rue Bara. Then turn left into Rue de l’Instruction, and the Rue de France entrance to the station is right ahead. From the Brussels Ring (R0): Leave the West Ring at Exit 17, take Boulevard Industriel and continue on Rue de la Petite Ile and Rue des Deux Gares. Turn left into Rue de France, and the station, the drop-off area and the car park entrance will appear straight ahead.

Car Parking
The car park is below the station. Parking charges vary depending on the length of the stay. There is free bicycle parking at the station.

Car Hire
Avis, Europcar and Hertz have car rental offices at Brussels Midi station.

Public Transport
Road: Taxi: Taxis are available just outside the station. Bus and tram: From the Midi stop on Rue Couverte there are frequent bus services connecting to the entire city bus network. Also the tram calls at the Midi stop at Rue Couverte. Rail: Metro: The station is directly connected to the Metro, which branches out across the center and suburbs of Brussels with frequent services. Brussels-Midi station is also connected to the Belgian and international railway network, including Eurostar (tel: 08705 186 186 or +44 1233 617 575 (from outside the UK); website: www.eurostar.com). From 0530 till nearly midnight, the Airport City Express (tel: (02) 528 28 28) links Brussels Midi station with Brussels Airport four times an hour.

Information and Help Desks
An information desk operated by the Brussels tourism authorities (tel: (02) 513 89 40) is located at the station.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: There are ATMs and a currency exchange at the station. Eating and drinking: Cafes and a bar selling refreshments are available in the station. Shopping: There are newsagents and gift shops at the station. Luggage: The station has automatic luggage lockers, and there is a staffed left-luggage service. For lost property, call (02) 224 88 62. Other facilities: Toilets with baby-changing facilities are available.

Conference and Business Facilities
Eurostar offers wireless Internet access and also has a lounge at the station.

Facilities for Disabled Travelers
The station has elevated platforms and mobile access ramps for wheelchair users. Wheelchairs are available. Assistance is available from 0600-2200. There is no level crossing between the platforms, but there are elevators available on the platforms. The station has a lavatory accessible to disabled travelers. There are parking spaces designated for disabled travelers in the car park under the station.

Hotels
Hotel Agenda Midi (tel: (02) 520 00 10), Ibis Hotel (tel: (02) 541 44 44), Le Chatelain All Suite Hotel (tel: (02) 646 00 55), Hotel Ustel (tel: (02) 520 60 53) and L’Auberge Autrichienne (tel: (02) 513 92 03) are all quite close to the station. Holiday Inn Brussels City Center (tel: (02) 533 66 66) is 3km (1.5 miles) away.
