Driving Directions

The airport is located 1.6km (1mile) off I-95 at the end of exit 13. From Providence, Northern Rhode Island, Massachusetts and points North, take I-95 South to exit 13. From Cape Cod and Eastern Massachusetts, take Route 195 West to I-95 South to exit 13. From Southern Rhode Island and Connecticut, take I-95 North to exit 13.

Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, Thrifty and U-Save Car Rental are represented at the airport.

Public Transport

The daily car park is directly adjacent to the terminal building and is accessible from both the departures and arrivals roadway. Parking for disabled people is available on levels 1 and 3. A lot for short-term parking to drop off and pick up passengers is located directly in front of the terminal.

Information and Help Desks

The T F Green Airport Information Center (tel: (401) 737 8222) is operated by students of Johnson & Wales University. The center is located on the ground level, near baggage claim and is open daily from 0600-2300 (closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve).

Airport Facilities

Money and communications: There are several ATMs in the terminal building. Wireless Internet access is available in all public areas. Service information, including pricing, is available by visiting T-Mobile HotSpot.
Eating and drinking: There are several restaurants in the terminal, as well as a café, a coffee shop and a juice bar.
Shopping: The Rhode Island Marketplace consists of three shops selling fashion clothing and gifts, local arts and crafts, and nautical items and gourmet foods from Rhode Island. The Heritage Bookstore has a good selection of newspaper, magazines and books. There is a retail court in the north concourse. There are newsstands located on both the north and south concourses.

Other facilities: Pre or post flight massage are available from First Class Massage. The service is located through security checkpoint and off to the left. Shoe shining services are offered on the upper level, through the security checkpoint to the right.

Conference and Business Facilities

The airport has a business center and a meeting room available to travelers. The Business Center is located on the second floor, across from the Rhode Island Airport Corporation human resource office. The room is available for rental and can accommodate from eight to 10 people. The Briefing Center room is located behind the USAir ticketing counter and holds up to 20 people.
